All bearings are industrial grade, greased for life (GFL), and require no maintenance. The totally enclosed GFL bearing housing completely protects the ball bearings and the interior race from the detrimental effects of the car wash atmosphere.
Every motor is controlled with a Variable Frequency Drive. The VFD's ramp the motor speed up and down, delivering soft starts and soft stops, for high-speed movement with no equipment shock. The VFD promotes longer gearbox life by reducing torque shock load on the gears.

Stainless Steel Shuttle Rails The shuttle rails are replaceable stainless steel. Over Sized Rollers and Tires Oversized bearings, rollers and tires are 50% larger than typical industry standards to insure reliable performance. |
